THURSDAY AND FRIDAY
I must appologize I didnt get a chance to write about yesterdays show because we had to run out quick after the morning show yesterday to deliver an office lunch. So, heres whats up. Yesterday we got a little upset with Mad Mike, he has been comming in late to the morning show lately and somedays he hasnt been showing up at all. So we decided to punish him for his bad behavior. We thought because it was the Fall season we would have him try some good ol’ fashioned apple bobbing. What he didnt know was we filled the boss’s toilet with apples and made him bob for the apples out of it. He wasnt happy to say the least. But, he was a good sport and bobbed away. The pictures are up in the pictures section and are super funny.
Today is Friday Sept. 28th. and today on the show we have our very good friend Fat Tony joining the show. He is a good friend of ours from the old country. We go back many years and he handles all of our prizes and giveaways also any problems we run into, he cleans them up I guess you can say… He is also Godfather to Jacks children. Also, Its our NFL Egg off contest today. The eggs facing off in the Microwave today is The Jets and The Bills playing this weekend. The Jets egg exploded leaving the Bills egg standing strong. By the way, the game is Sunday at 1:00…Speaking of “the game” we also had on Tommy Fehn to talk about sports. NASCARS JAMIE McMURRAY
Today is Tuesday September 25th. Today on The Electric Morning Show were talking to Jamie McMurray. Jack is a huge Nascar fan, as for me I am kind of torn between watching cars go around in circles all day on tv. However, I gave it the benifit of the dought last weekend and tuned in. It wasnt too bad and I almost got a little excited when the cars almost had an accident. I must admit, it wasnt as bad as I thought It was going to be. I love the movie “Days Of Thunder” but it was nothing like the movie. Maybe I’ll give this Nascar thing a chance. As far as Jamie McMurray goes, Jack is very excited to talk to him and I love having guests on the morning show, celebrity or non celebrity any guest or friend of the show who visits or calls in is awesome in my book.

Today is Friday September 21. TGIF baby, you gotta love Fridays. Especially today because we had Tiki Barber on the show today. He is such a cool guy and he was very good to us. We also did our NFL egg off which we do every Friday. Today our two eggs who faced off was The Giants which was written on one egg, and The Redskins written on the other. We put both eggs into the microwave, to find who will win the game. The Redskins blew first and we believe they will win the game this weekend. Of course we want The Giants to win though. I’m sure Tiki feels the same way. Have a great weekend my friends and be safe always.

My 9/11
Aside from the dates that mark the passing of both of my parents, September 11th will forever be a somber day to me. It marks the passing of my feelings of “Complete and Total” safety. It will always remind me of the images of destruction and unnecessary death.
My heart always has a sinking feeling on this day because after now 6 years, the same amount of people are no longer feeling the same “Rah Rah…USA, USA” feelings any longer.
I guess what saddens me most is the short memory that some in this country have.
So, I guess what I’m getting at is this…On September 11th, 2001, the words “We Will Never Forget” were everywhere you looked. Now, only 6 years later, it seems that some people have already “Forgot”.

9/11
Today is September 11 2007. Its a weird morning maybe its just the fog but it seems more quiet than usual and there is almost a purple haze outside. Don’t worry I am not taking any narcotics only an energy drink and a couple cups of coffee definitely nothing to make me see a purple haze. I cant help to wonder why 9/11 is not a federal day of remembrance. We were all effected by what happened in one way or another. I can remember that day very vividly, I was actually on vacation in LA. and my flight scheduled to come home was on Sept. 11 2001. Of course I didn’t come home that day, I wound up driving out to Arizona to stay with a friend for a few days until flights were taking off again. I remember the fear of not being able to call home and just listening to what was happening in NY on the radio as I drove across the desert. I guess what I’m trying to say is, make sure you never forget what happened and never forget the civilian lives that were lost that day. Never forget the Firefighters, Police Officers, Military Personel and Volunteers that helped, and those who lost their lives trying to save others. As an American citizen and a NY’er I think I speak for everyone, we should all allow the torch of freedom and justice to burn deep in our hearts forever.
